Couple quick updates and then info on this sale: The Soviet records I sold last week are all in the mail and I WILL BE GETTING ANOTHER BOX IN ABOUT A MONTH. I’m working with an awesome guy in Eastern Europe, but speed is not one of his assets.
On to this sale:
$5 flat shipping for as much as you want. Get in touch for larger orders, definitely willing to cut deals. This is maybe the most varied list of records I've posted because I came into a few collections and am also weeding out my own right now.
Country Records:
$6 - Cash Family Singers - “What a Beautiful Day” (VG+/VG+) - Private press country gospel. Vinyl is still super shiny and new looking. Graded conservatively on that. Actually really good honestly.
$3 - Roy Clark - “The Entertainer” (VG+/VG+) - Sweet sappy country from a classic man.
$6 - Roy Cobb and The Coachmen “Old Favorites” (VG+/VG+) - Classic southern bluegrass on the Old Homestead label. Highly recommended if you enjoy the classic bluegrass sound. This is a VERY clean copy, but graded conservatively because of age.
$10 - The Easter Brothers And Their Green Valley Quartet - “S/T” (NM-/VG+) - Really tight and beautiful North Carolina bluegrass. Still going strong today, but this 60’s LP holds true to the sound.
$45 - Bert Jansch - Jack Orion (VG/G+, first press) - Unfortunately beat copy of this really really incredible 60’s folk record. HIGHLY recommended. The record plays with some noise, and the cover has some tape, but really this record is monumentally good. Better condition copies fetch quite a bit more, but this is priced to move based on quality.
$5 - The Singing Friends - “I’m Nearer Home” (M/NM-, sealed) - I have no idea what this sounds like but it looks like gospel country. From Virginia, but produced in North Carolina.
$5 - Ed Snodderly - “Sidewalk Shoes” (VG+/VG+) - record is clean but for one song, sleeve has some ringwear that doesn’t affect the image. Ed Snodderly is so beloved in certain circles that he was invited to be in the movie “O Brother Where Art Thou” and is now a tenured professor 40 something years after this great record came out.
$3 - Sons of the Pioneers - “Best of” (VG+/VG+) - Some foxing on cover but otherwise great copy.
$3 - The Three in One - “Trinity” (VG+/VG+ in shrink) - white gospel from Virginia. Private press.
$3 - Paul Turner - “Sings Songs I Draw By Others” (VG+/VG+, in shrink) - Private press, truly one of the weirdest covers I’ve ever seen. An evangelical preacher that looks like he might only have 4 fingers pretending to paint a painting while holding no paint brush.
$4 - Conway Twitty - “Clinging to a Saving Hand Steal Away” (VG+/VG+) - IN SHRINK first press on MCA. Clean clean copy.

Punk/Metal/Hardcore etc. Records:
$6 - Across Tundras - “Electric Relics” (nm-/nm-) - 2000’s stoner rock/metal. Clean copy.
$6 - Asile - “Kichesippi Toxique” (NM-/NM-) - Tight canadian hardcore punk, colored vinyl.
$16 - DDT- “Broken Toy” (VG+/VG+) - Atlanta’s DDT put out one of the most sought after KBD/Punk 7”s in the southeast in 83 and followed it up with this LP in 84.
$6 - DONDON - “Last Warning” - (NM-/VG+, some sticker residue but perfect otherwise) - LP from classic 80’s Japanese hardcore band. Includes the original LP tracks as well as some comp/split release tracks. Sounds like Gauze/Deathside etc.
$5 - DS 13 - “Killed By The Kids” (NM-/NM-) - Classic Swedish hardcore punk on havoc. Colored vinyl.
$9 - Eddy Current Suppression Ring - “Rush to Relax” (nm-/nm-) - clean copy of the last ECSR LP.
$8 - Gridlink - “Longhena” (NM-/NM-) - Unplayed grind LP
$10 - Low Threat Profile - “Low Threat Profile” (NM-/NM-, in shrink) - members of Spazz, No Comment, MITB, etc. Super clean.
$6 - Mutoid Man - Helium Head (nm-/nm- red vinyl) - Stoneheavy rock/etc. Unplayed.
$14 - Negative Approach - “Tied Down” (NM-/NM-) - repress, super clean copy. Hardcore masterpiece.
$6 - PussyGutt - “Gathering Strengths” (NM-/NM-, unplayed, #’ed outta 500) - 2000’s doom/drone metal.
$15 - Skitsystem ‎– “Grå Värld / Svarta Tankar” (VG+) - hard to beat Swedish D-beat.
$10 - Various “Killed by Florida: Florida Punk Rock 1978-1985” (NM-/NM-) - definitive collection of Florida punk rock in the 70’s and 80’s. One of the best southern punk comps.

Rock’n’roll, Soul/Funk, Jazz Everything Else
$8 - Abba - “Gracias Por La Musica” (VG+/VG+) WEIRDEST Abba record. Entire record sung in spanish including spanish language versions of “Dancing Queen” and many other classics. A true oddity. (includes printed inner with Spanish lyrics)
$10 - Djamel Allam - Laissez-Moi Raconter (NM-/VG+) - Algerian folk/psych with some random drum breaks thrown in. Highly recommended.
$5 - Baby Ray - “Where Soul Lives” (imperial, in shrink, VG+/NM-) - 60’s soul funk classic on the impeccable Imperial records.
$14 - Arnold Bean ‎– Cosmic Bean (VG/Vg+) - one mark on a song makes this VG otherwise it is REALLY clean. Incredible early 70’s/late 60’s psych folk music.
$32 - Art Blakey & the Jazz Messengers - “Free For All” (NM-/NM-, INCLUDES OBI AND JAPANESE INSERT) - This JAPANESE blue note press is as nice as you will ever find. Highly recommended!!!!!!!
$15 - Blur - The Magic Whip (NM-/NM-) - super collectors whatever edition with fancy cover, 2xlp gatefold, poster, etc. etc. I love this record but don’t need the deluxe version.
$13 - Big Bill Broonzy - The Bill Broonzy Story Volume 1 (VG+/VG+) - strong vg+ vinyl (I personally kept it as my nm- copy, but grading on the soft side), French pressing on Verve. BLUES
$16 - Big Star - “#1 Record” (NM-/VG+) - solid copy of this record. Ardent with barcode. Somewhat modern repress, not totally sure exactly when but priced cheap.
$10 - R.L. Burnside - Too Bad Jim (nm-/nm-) - 180gram reissue of this blues masterpiece.
$15 - Bo Carter - Greatest Hits 1930-1940 (NM-/NM-) - really clean, on the legendary YAZOO RECORDS.
$8 - The Crawford Brothers “I’m Like a Ship” (VG/VG+) - Private press black gospel. Nice chill record. Again, only info I can find is: https://www.popsike.com/Crawford-Brothers-Black-Gospel-LP-on-Lark-Signed/110310904178.html
$20 - Cream “Sunshine of Your Love” (NM-/VG+) - CLEAN japanese pressing. Check out this rad cover: https://www.discogs.com/Cream-Sunshine-Of-Your-Love/release/3878227?ev=item-vc
$28 - Creation - “Creation” (NM-/VG+) -One of, if not the, most infamous Japanese records ever released. The cover is seriously INSANE. Crazy psych/blues/rock’n’roll record from Japan in the 70’s. Includes a very nice japanese obi that is rarely on copies anymore.
$16 - Delroy Wilson - Dub Plate Style - (NM-/NM-) - Possibly unplayed, reggae comp. Delroy Wilson rules, you should be hip to this.
$12 - Diga Rhythm Band ‎– Diga (VG+/VG+) - Indian funk/psych all-star group. Really wild. 1976 pressing.
$19 - Galaxie 500 - On Fire (NM-/NM-) - recent repo if this early classic. Clean, possibly unplayed. Bought in a collection of dead stock and can’t remember if I listened :)
$8 - France Gall ‎– “Tout Pour La Musique” (NM-/VG+) - French Ye Ye LP.
$9 - France Gall ‎– “Paris, France (Il Jouait Du Piano Debout)” (VG+/VG+) - more french yeye.
$16 - Ron Jefferson - Love Lifted Me (NM-/NM-) - JAPANESE PRESSING WITH OBI. 60’s Jazz LP that’s heavily heavily drum focused.
$22 - Kaleidoscope - "Incredible Kaleidoscope" (NM-/VG+) - 3rd LP by this long running psych/prog/folk group. It's this pressing: https://www.discogs.com/Kaleidoscope-Incredible-Kaleidoscope/release/2004159
$3 - Gary Lewis - “I’m on the Right Road Now” (VG+/VG+ in shrink) - corner cut copy of this late 60’s folk/pop/rock LP.
$25 - May Blitz - May Blitz (VG+/NM-) - early 2000’s repo of one of the most amazing early hard-rock LP’s. from 1970 and honestly one of my favorite of the genre. At least listen to it!
$18 - Prince Buster - “Big Five” (VG+/VG+) - early 70’s pressing, one of the funniest and most outlandish reggae/ska records I’ve heard. Really worth a listen:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?time_continue=31&v=e00WGcJepsc
$15 - Promised Land Singers - “Let Go of This World” - (nm-/nm-, in shrink) - Private press soul/gospel/etc, this copy is opened but in shrink. Priced to move because….Only thing I can find out about it is this: https://www.popsike.com/Promised-Land-Singers-Let-Go-Of-This-World-Gospel-Soul-Private-Press-Jewel/283200698648.html
$3 - Helen Reddy - “Reddy” (VG+/VG+ includes printed inner) - couple cool disco/dance tracks. Good for dj’ing, but otherwise kinda whack 70’s schlock.
$16 - The Stooges - “The Stooges” (NM-/NM- Sundazed) - This is the second best record of all time. “Fun House” and “Raw Power” are tied for first. I’ve owned so many copies of this through the years and I’m finally getting rid of anything that isn’t a promo/weird import/first press. My cleaning is your gain.
$16 - Throbbing Gristle - “Once Upon A Time... “ (NM-/VG+) - live 1981 Gristle set.
$15 - Townes Van Zandt - “Our Mother The Mountain” (NM-/NM-) - 180g fat possum press. Again, only selling because I own too many copies of this LP
$10 - John Williams - “Jaws OST” (early 70’s pressing, VG+) - The classic Williams score (my favorite at least).
$8 - Attila Zoller ‎– “Gypsy Cry” (VG+/VG+) - Promo copy. Late 60’s/early 70’s Hungarian jazz.
$5 - Various - “James Michener’s Favorite Music of Hawaii” (VG+/VG+) - throw yourself a luau with this totally sweet Hawaiin comp from the 50’s.
$65 - Various ‎– The Other Side Of Blue Note 1500 Series (NM-/NM-) this Japanese-only release is a 3xlp box set that includes Obi, booklet, and really just piles of cool Blue Note stuff. One of the cooler Japanese Blue Note things:
https://www.discogs.com/Various-The-Other-Side-Of-Blue-Note-1500-Series/release/6033762
$15 - Various - “Staatsliedengreep 1986” (NM-) - This is hard to describe, but in the Netherlands the label Staatsliedengrep totally rulled in the 80’s. They put out this 2xlp box of bands they liked and split it up by style. The last side of the record contains a bunch of classic Netherlands punk bands, while there is a funk side, and a pop side one record over. Very cool little artifact of the region during this time. None of these songs are contained elsewhere as far as I’m aware.

Latin (note, many of these are not online/discogs/ebay etc. so I priced low):
$8 - Luis Alberto del Parana y Los Paraguayos ‎– “Extasis Tropical” (VG+/VG+) - Venezuelan latin music with a kind of outrageous cover.
$3 - Fernando Albuerne ‎– “Amor Es Mi Cancion” (sealed but some cover marks anyway) - unplayed copy, Afro-cubano Argentinian LP.
$4 - Los Buenos Paraguayos ‎– “Delicado” (Alhambra Label, SEALED) - Have never heard this but it looks cool?
$5 - Roberto Carlos ‎– Roberto Carlos (En Castellano) (M/NM-) - sealed Brazilian latin-jazz/bolero/pop music.
$5 - Los Embajadores Criollos - “Cantan” (VG+/VG+, some weird marks on cover, possibly VG) - I really love this record, it’s like a super sweet peruvian folk record. For those unfamiliar with this style, think those love songs in a Spanish language movie or TV show (pretty sure they were in Narcos, but can’t find info about it)
$5 - Vicente Fernandez ‎– “¡Arriba Huentitàn!” - Sealed sweet ranchero music. I kind of love these LP’s but bought a huge collection and kept the opened ones.
$5 - Vicente Fernandez ‎– “A Tu Salud” - Sealed as well.
$3 - Tito Guizar with Trio Los Chicos - “Saludos Amigos” (VG/VG) - Strong VG, might grade VG+ if I cleaned it up, but priced to move.
$12 - Beny More ‎– La Epoca De Oro (Sealed, M/NM-) - Sealed somewhat legendary cha-cha.
$16 - Moya Y Su Grupo Son - “Moya Y Su Grupo Son” (VG/VG+) - One of the harder to find kind of classic Cuban bolero records. Only pressed in Cuba so not many copies made it to the US. Graded conservatively.
$15 - Ricardo Ray Orchestra - “Ricardo Ray Arrives!” (VG/VG) First press of what I consider to be the quintessential Ricky Ray LP. This is wrapped like a typical colombian record, but plays really well.
$6 - Aldemaro Romero And His Salon Orchestra ‎– Caracas At Dinner Time (VG+/VG+) - classic romantic/sweet latin-jazz LP. recommended if this is your bag.
$12 - Los 3 Ases ‎– Exitos Con Los (Sealed/nm-) - late 60’s Mexican latin record.
$4 - Tuna Universitaria De Madrid - “S/T” (Sealed) - Spanish folk I believe.
$6 - Various ‎– “The Music Of Spain, Volume One: Andalusia” (NM-/VG+) - more on the world music side of latin, but still a cool little National Geographic LP.
$9 - Various ‎– “Musica Inca Con La Quena Y El Charango” - cool little world music from south america comp. Definitely worth looking at.
https://www.discogs.com/Various-Musica-Inca-Con-La-Quena-Y-El-Charango/release/4373031?ev=item-vc

Beatles Japanese Singles (these are VERY hard to get in the US and almost always require expensive shipping from Japan) - EDIT TO ADD: I WOULD SELL THIS AS A LOT FOR $55. That is more than $20 off.
$20 - The Beatles - Lady Madonna / The Inner Light (NM-/NM-) - Japanese 1970 press with truly insane cover art. Really really beautiful Beatles oddity.
https://www.discogs.com/The-Beatles-Lady-Madonna-The-Inner-Light/release/3974022
$13 - The Beatles - Help! / I'm Down (NM-/VG+) - another crazy Japanese Beatles record. Sleeve has some sign of age but very clean otherwise.
https://www.discogs.com/sell/release/6525210?ev=rb
$17 - キャント・バイ・ミー・ラブ (Can't Buy Me Love) / ユー・キャント・ドゥ・ザット (You Can't Do That) ‎ - these are so cool..
$13 - ビートルズ* - 愛こそはすべて = All You Need Is Love / ベイビー・ユーアー・ア・リッチ・マン = Baby, You're A Rich Man (7", Single, Mono, Bla) -Cheap copy!
$11 - The Beatles - Help! / I'm Down (7", Single, Bla) - Another cheap copy!
